Earl Grey by Mayde Tea is an invigorating blend for lovers of black tea. 
Our Earl Grey tea is hand blended; a premium organic black tea is grown at high elevation and on a very pure chemical-free tea plantation, infused with wild grown bergamot essential oil.

Black Tea 紅茶

Black tea has many health benefits. The antioxidants in black tea are called polyphenols. Polyphenols have been found to block DNA damage associated with toxic chemicals.The tannins in black tea also have a therapeutic effect on the gastric lining and improve digestive activity.

Bergamot 佛手柑

Bergamot is a small citrus tree which blossoms during the winter. It gives the beautiful citrus flavour of our Earl Grey. Bergamot is often used for improved digestive capacity, as well as having antimicrobial properties.

佛手柑是一種在冬季開花的小型柑橘樹，它給予伯爵茶清香的柑橘味，能提高消化能力，和具有抗菌特性。

At Mayde Tea we use wild-grown bergamot oil to enhance the earl grey flavour. This also ensures our earl grey blend is 100% organic.

Brewing instructions:

1 tsp / 250ml, brew for 2-4 minutes at 100°C
